The School Council is made up of 11 elected members from Key Stage 2. They meet once a fortnight to discuss issues raised by children in school. School Council has its own budget, secretary and treasurer. It is an effective vehicle for children to have ‘their say’ about issues relevant to them and see democracy in action when issues have been resolved.
